FAQ
Q:
How quickly do you deliver?
A:
Most projects get recorded within 48 hours for all Standard orders (M-F). If you would like us to deliver the recorded faster, then choose "Priority" Delivery at check out - to receive your audio within 24 hours.
Q:
What's your revision policy?
A:
We guarantee our work 100%. If he misspeaks a word or a phrase, we will fix it at no charge. However - buyer/client generated script changes, unclear pronunciations, a different style request, etc. will require an additional fee for the studio time needed.
Q:
How do you handle unusual pronunciations, acronyms, and abbreviations in the script?
A:
Please ensure the correct pronunciations are indicated in the script, even if you think I already know them. For abbreviations, put dashes in between the characters, such as A-B-C. For acronyms, write the acronym followed by the pronunciation in parentheses...example: HIPAA (pronounced as Hippa).
Q:
What will you need from me for a succesful project?
A:
We'll need your final & approved script, plus the correct pronunciations of any unusual names or words. Pronunciations may be provided in written form, or in mp3 file attachment. Also, please advise any specific tone, pacing or style. All this helps me deliver the ideal performance you had in mind!
